And Cindy, the wife and mom at the heart of it all, keeps the books balanced and the whole operation grounded in what matters most. Jim Blow
Jim got his start building pools for some of the big-name builders right here in Texas, learning the craft from the ground up and paying close attention to what makes a pool last—and what makes one fail. Over time, he honed his own philosophy of doing things the right way, every time, no shortcuts. He passed that hard-earned knowledge on to his kids, Bianca and Trevor, and together they built the stellar family company you see today. Jim is the heart and soul of Austin Dreamscapes—the steady hand, the guiding voice, and the reason every backyard starts to feel a little bit like home.

Trevor’s been in the field since he was a young buck—back when he was just a kid driving bobcats around, hauling dirt, and mixing concrete before he could even spell it. These days, he’s the guy on site making sure every project runs smooth and every crew knows exactly what the customer’s vision is. And when he’s not managing the build, he’s in the sky flying the drone or online as the El Capitan of the website and social media.
