“Austin Dreamscapes has been amazing!! Our pool is complete and in the final touchups of our outdoor kitchen and couldn't wait to write a review to share my experience because it was that positive. They are a local family owned company and I am so glad we picked them. Jim, Bianca, and Trevor (father/daughter/son) are truly great people that are so down to earth, from the very start they have attentive and responsive to our needs and all the questions and changes and are always making recommendations based on their experience. They were upfront on how their company works and that they have a set number of contracts they work on at a time because the don't like a long drawn out build process. They want to get you in your pool as soon as possible. Just to give you an understanding of project timeline. We signed our contract in late March and their was a delay with our project start because of the lovely rain this year but once they started, the work hasn't stopped! They started on 6/28/21 to map out the pool design, on 7/12/21 they sprayed gunite and plumbing was complete and on 7/26/21. On 8/2/21 they started coping, tile work and our outdoor kitchen. Their team was at our house consistently M-Friday working all day. By 8/23/21 we were filling our pool/spa with water! Less than 60 calendar days and about 40 full working days and our pool and spa was complete. They are about 95 % done with our outdoor kitchen and completed landscaping by adding sod, planted 2 trees and 17 large scrubs/bushes long our fence line for privacy. It all looks AMAZING. If you are concerned about a long process or worried about the service/quality then check out this company out because you won't be disappointed!!”
