We loved working with Austin Dreamscapes. From the start, it felt more like a boutique pool company rather than a big, mass-production builder. They’re not doing hundreds of pools at once—they focus on just a few at a time, which really appealed to us. Once construction started, everything moved quickly. Even our neighbor commented on how fast things were progressing, especially once the digging began. We were kept informed ahead of time about each step and what to expect next, so the entire process felt smooth and well organized. We wanted a pool with more shape and a slightly tropical feel, and having a landscaper who already worked with Austin Dreamscapes made a big difference. Planning the layout and planting areas ahead of time really helped bring the vision together. We’ve owned pools before, but this design—with two shallow ends and a deeper section in the middle—gives us much more usable space and fits how we actually use the pool. Throughout the build, we felt very confident in Jim and his experience. We did our research, talked to other Austin Dreamscapes clients, and saw their pools firsthand—everyone was extremely happy. Now we’re those people too. We truly can’t say enough good things.
